I was feeling nostalgic for my US Army PT sessions this morning, so I did a Push-up/Sit-Up WOD! (with a twist of course)

  • Push-ups/Sit-Ups ( as circuit x5)
  • 20 Elevated push-ups (feet elevated 42in)
  • 15 Sit-ups with 25lb Kettle Bell inverted on chest (bell part held up in air)
  • 5 Hand Stand push-ups
  • Plyometrics (as circuit x2)
  • Hop up/step down 42in stand (10)
  • Drop Down to Hop up and back 30in to 42in stand (10)

7.2 mile run on treadmill in 01:05:00

Man was I skinny back then (137lbs the day I took this photo)

I am volunteering at the San Antonio Road Runners Women’s 5k tomorrow morning, so I won’t make it to the gym in the morning, I may go for a long run (10+ miles) afterwards…
